When it comes to making a success of your coaching business, can you do it on your own?
For that matter, can anyone succeed at anything completely on their own?
My answer to these questions might sound like waffling, because I can truthfully answer ‘yes and no’. So let me explain …
No, we can’t succeed completely on our own. We need support, coaching, people on our team, and so forth.
We need to leverage the wisdom and experience of others to shorten the learning curve. We need others to believe in us. Especially during those moments when we’ve given up on ourselves.
So that covers the ‘no’ part of ‘yes and no’.
What about the ‘yes’ part?
Now … when we succeed at reaching our personal goals, we’re ultimately doing it on our own. After all, we’re the ones who must make our own decisions, attract and hire the right support for ourselves, seek out and pay for the accelerated learning curve via advice and training, etc.
In fact, think of any business where the boss has to hire employees to make his or her company work. The success or failure of the company is ultimately up to her (or him) but he or she couldn’t have done it without the dedicated work of the staff.
‘If it’s to be, it’s up to me’
That’s why if my clients thank me for helping them reach their goals, I’m happy to take some of the credit.
But ultimately I must shift it back to the client. Because at the end of the day, they are the ones ‘making it happen’.
They are the ones who put themselves on the line and really go for it.
Remember that there are plenty of people in this world who ‘talk a good game’ vs. the ‘few who do’. The ones that get up early if they need to, or spend their hard earned money to learn what they need to know. They are the ones putting in ‘the hard yards’ to make it happen.
So wherever you are in your coaching business, you’re already a success for showing up and getting into the game (In my opinion, the greatest game ever played).
You’re already a success for having taken the steps to get this far along your personal path.
Now I’m asking you to take another step further.
You see, for you to achieve the next level of success for yourself and your coaching business, you’re going to need to dig a little deeper and grow a little bigger (maybe even a LOT bigger).
Because this thing we do called coaching isn’t just a hobby, or a career, or a business. It’s *who we are* and we aim to change the world! We’re not here to make a tiny difference, we’re here to ROCK the world.
I want to challenge you right now as you’re reading these words to think bigger.
I want you to imagine your coaching business times 10! Whatever that is for you, I want you to see it and I want you to visualize how you (and your bigger and better coaching business) make a difference in people’s lives.
Picture their smiling faces as they live their lives with more energy and happiness every day! Just look at how much change for the best you’ve orchestrated!
I want you to imagine *your business times 10* and imagine how YOUR life will be different. How you’ll be happier, have more energy, and a better life style to enjoy!
Isn’t that a great picture?
Now picture the resources you would love to have to make ‘Your Coaching Business Times 10’ start becoming reality today!

Now make a decision to take action on one of these things TODAY! Not tomorrow, not next week … but today!

“The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
-Peter F. Drucker
As soon as you decide to ‘go for it’ and call upon outside resources to get help with something you want, you start to interact with the world.
Then the universe responds in powerful and magical ways. There’s a catch, though. The universe says, ‘you first, then me.’
So you must strike first. Then the universe responds.
Go for it!
