Coach Team Coordinator

We are looking for a rock star, innovative, fun, and experienced coach to lead our team of amazing coaches and take the brand of Christian Mickelsen to the next level. We are looking for someone who loves to coach and who also loves to help other coaches be the best that they can too.

A typical day…

You’ll be the go-to person for our coach team giving them the support and communication they need to be successful in helping our clients have an exceptional coaching experience and to get results that they want from our program.

We understand that the results are up to the clients taking action. And when the clients are stuck and aren’t in action, that we use the IM tools we have to help them breakthrough and start to move forward.

A typical week would look like…
  • Lead and train 2x/month during Coach Team meetings
  • Attend weekly Leadership and Client Experience Team meetings
  • Support coaches in helping their clients get results
  • Assign or re-assign clients to coaches as needed
  • Track the number of coaching slots we have available at any given time
  • Review coach forms, client forms, and sporadic recorded coaching sessions
  • Look for any opportunities of extra support as needed
  • Identify wins to share with marketing
  • Provide feedback to help develop the coaches
  • Look for ways to improve the experience or the results of our clients
Ideal Skills…
  • Proficient in software platforms including Google Docs/Drive, Slack, Excel, Zoom and Webinar programs.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and follow through.
  • Communicates cross-functionally with other teams
  • Ability to self-manage and work on a fast moving virtual team.
  • Previous experience in leading teams a bonus!
  • You love looking at data and finding opportunities needed. Understand the power of results and tracking. Results-focused and love learning new systems
  • You are flexible. You recognize that we are a growing company.
  • Ability to jump back and forth seamlessly from big picture ideas and strategies to the specific strategies and processes needed for implementation.
  • Can drive clarity amidst ambiguity, pro-active and independent initiative taker.
  • People like working with you.
