Tech Team Coordinator

NOTE: This is a contractor position and you'll be working from your own home.

You are highly skilled using software platforms including WordPress, Infusionsoft/Keap, Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Zapier
Excellent organization, communication, and follow through.
Communicates effectively cross-functionally with other teams to achieve results.
Ability to self-manage and work on a fast moving virtual team.
Previous experience in leading teams is a bonus!

Here's what you'll be doing on our team…

Work alongside other Team Leaders to design and implement customer experience strategies in every interaction through our clients’ journey.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure the team is performing, meeting individual and team metrics, and are highly engaged.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical team, working with other Team Leads across Client Success, Marketing, Client Experience, Coaching and Sales teams to manage and resolve issues and escalations.
Lead weekly tech team meetings
Develop individual team members through one on one’s; including project progress, goal management and target tracking.
Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics and find data trends.
Serve as the first escalation point for client and team issues.

What you'll bring to the role...

Previous team lead and/or supervisory experience required.
Proven Project Management experience for small projects.
Proficiency with many/most of the commonly used website and marketing systems out there and a love of studying and keeping your skills fresh.
Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation at all times, even when juggling multiple projects and priorities.
