Sales Team Member

NOTE: This is a contractor position and you'll be working from your own home.

We have an opening for a Sales Team Member to join our growing team.

• Know Free Sessions that Sell and have used it to sign up clients
• Are able to keep records and submit reports
• You LOVE all things SALES and helping people take their next step toward what they want

Responsibilities include:

• Helping people take a step forward by closing sales
• Providing 1-1 enrolment conversations for prospective clients
• Recording enrolment sessions and provide session notes after the session
• Tracking your sales stats and reporting on the numbers each week
• Receiving feedback on your sales conversations and how you can improve
• Review previous buying actions and being able to adapt into your session as appropriate
• Identifying actions with prospective clients with a focus on building their business
• Surface underlying beliefs or blocks with clients and provide support in overcoming them
• Using the 5-Step coaching model with prospective clients:

• Clarify Your Vision
• Strategize Your Actions
• Upgrade Your Skills
• Optimize Your Environment
• Master Your Psychology

• Attending all sales team meetings, all-hands meetings, and any other meetings that apply
• Participating in our events and product launches, as needed

A cell phone.

A good laptop or computer.

Accountability. You own it all the way down the line.

The confidence to ask for help when you need it and for clarity when you don’t understand (we want you to win and will help you do it).

A great attitude and sense of humor! We all get along, like to have some laughs and fun, and want you to fit right in.
