Coach Team Member

NOTE: This is a contractor position and you'll be working from your own home.

We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, committed, and collaborative new team member who will thrive in a coach team setting.

Are you someone who finds joy in helping others reach their goals, isn’t afraid to address difficult topics or sit with difficult emotions, and is looking for ways to expand their own coaching skills and experience? If so, you may be just the person we’re looking for!

We have an opening for a Coach Team Member to join our growing team.

  • Know and use the Peace Process with yourself and others
  • Know Free Sessions that Sell and have used it to sign up clients
  • Are able to keep records and submit reports
  • Want to make a huge impact in the world

  • Are committed to helping people reach their full potential and keep them on track toward achieving their goals
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing 1-1 coaching sessions for our mastermind clients
  • Reviewing previous sessions actions
  • Celebrating wins and help clients identify progress
  • Identifying / Strategizing actions with clients with a focus on building their business
  • Surface underlying beliefs or blocks with clients and provide support in overcoming them
  • Using IM and Peace Process comfortably
  • Using the 5-Step coaching model with clients:
  • Clarify Your Vision
  • Strategize Your Actions
  • Upgrade Your Skills
  • Optimize Your Environment
  • Master Your Psychology
  • Attending all coach team meetings, all-hands meetings, and any other meetings that apply

Accountability. You own it all the way down the line.

The confidence to ask for help when you need it and for clarity when you don’t understand (we want you to win and will help you do it).

A great attitude and sense of humor! We all get along, like to have some laughs and fun, and want you to fit right in.
