If you are currently struggling to get clients and make a name for yourself in your industry or have ever struggled in the past with it, read this article from beginning to end.
I'm going to share with you what “the struggle” actually is, why it's a good thing that it's happening to you, and how you can move past it fast into wild success seemingly overnight.
We all have those stories.
Stories that show what we had to go through to get where we are. Some parts of the story were enjoyable while they were happening. Others were not. The parts that weren't are what are typically called “the struggle”.
And, everyone's struggle is different.
As a kid, I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago on welfare and food stamps. I was shy, wore hand-me-downs from my older brothers, and wasn't really the coolest kid in school. In my 20's, my struggles continued while I was trying to get my coaching business off the ground.
Today, I run a multi-million dollar company, live with my amazing wife and 3 brilliant baby girls in San Diego, CA, and can finally say I'm making my big difference in the world.
If it weren't for all of the struggles, I wouldn't be who I am today. Living the dream life most people only ever actually dream about.
I can clearly see now that it was overcoming my struggles that got me what I wanted.
Here's another great example you've got to hear…
Imagine moving to a new country – a country that doesn't speak your native language – to pursue your lifelong dream only to face even bigger struggles once you get there. Most people wouldn't even try. But my friend Milana did and here's what happened for her:
Milana Leshinky is a classically trained musician born in the Soviet Ukraine who moved to America to pursue her dream. On top of having to learn how to run a business, get clients, create products… She was also taking speech classes. Milana had to learn a completely different culture and language. Talk about struggle!
Now, Milana runs a multi-million dollar coaching and training business with her business partner Rich German helping coaches, business owners, authors, and speakers skyrocket their businesses with JV partnerships. Their flagship program is called JVIC or “JV Insider Circle” and it's helping to change the face of business.
And, if I were to ask Milana today, I think she would agree with me and say that her success wouldn't have happened without her struggles.
The struggle is how you know you're on the right track.
It means you're going after something you love because of the love it… not the reward of it.
A powerful message to send out to the Universe, wouldn’t you say?
So, there's still that question…
“How do I move out of the struggle?”
Even more so…
“How do I move past the struggle fast and into the kind of wild success you see other people achieving?”
I'm glad you asked because here's my #1 “trick” that has helped me every time I reach that next level in my business (you know what I'm talking about… those times you feel like you've hit a glass ceiling or are up against a wall. Something has to change, but you don't know what or how.). This works like a charm every time.
It's really more like a secret weapon, if you think about it, and I happen to know it's the same secret weapon Milana and most of the other leaders in the coaching industry use too.
I believe it's a huge reason why we both have multi-million dollar companies and hundreds of thousands of raving fans and followers who are passionate about helping us reach our mission.
One of the interesting things about it is it's actually a simple concept. Not super complicated or hard to understand. Come to think of it, it's inspired by and helps fulfill one of the most basic human needs…
The saying goes “you can't do it alone”. Or, at least, you can't do it alone while also feeling relaxed, stress-free, or fast. You need support. If you're going at it alone, that means you're probably working too much, sleeping too little, and wearing too many hats in your business.
If you want to grow your business, you need to surround yourself with support.
If you want to grow your business fast, you need to surround your marketing with support.
Your business can grow when it's just you promoting for you. But imagine how much faster it will grow once you have 10 other businesses promoting for you at the same time…
That's 10x the results in the same amount of time you'd be spending anyway trying to get clients. This is what's called JV Partnerships.
In fact, once you create powerful JV Partnerships, you can cut down the hours you work because you are able to hire an entire team that supports you and your business. This is how you give yourself the freedom to work as little or as much as you want.
Here are my top 3 ways to surround you and your business with support:
- Bring together a team that accelerates your growth.
- Use JV Partnerships that expand your growth.
- Invest in high-end masterminds and communities that deepen your growth.
Some other ways to surround you and your business with support are…
- Hiring a VA.
- Getting bookkeeping software.
- Scheduling out your massages and haircuts.
- Hiring a maid service and/or a chef.
- Planning more vacations and/or “me time”.
- Bringing on a personal assistant.
- Working with a personal stylist.
- Working with multiple coaches for multiple areas of focus.
Now, I'd like to hear from you…
